What is Ivy League House?

Ivy League House is a premium student accommodation brand offering fully furnished, secure, and community-driven living spaces for students in Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, and Dehradun. Our residences are designed to meet the academic and lifestyle needs of students near top universities.

We offer private, twin-sharing, triple-sharing & quad-sharing rooms with modern interiors, attached washrooms, study desks, storage, and Wi-Fi.

We prioritize safety with 24/7 security, biometric access, CCTV monitoring, and on-site wardens. Parents and students can rest assured of round-the-clock vigilance.

Visitors are allowed in resident areas during designated hours with prior approval.

Yes, we provide nutritious home-style meals (veg and non-veg options) three times a day with weekly menus curated by a chef in Pune, Delhi and Dehradun. We provide only veg meals in Mumbai.

Required documents include:

  • Government-issued ID (student and parent/guardian)
  • Admission letter from your university
  • Passport-size photographs
  • Signed Guest Registration Card (GRC)

Room changes are subject to availability and valid reasons. Charges may apply based on room category differences.

No overnight guests are permitted inside the rooms. Residents must follow hostel visitation guidelines for safety.

Each location has an on-site Resident Manager and a 24/7 helpline for emergencies. Our support team is also available via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Yes, light personalisation is allowed—posters, plants, and small décor items are welcome, as long as they don’t damage walls or furniture.
