Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Jai leads Curated Living Solutions with a strong vision for redefining alternative housing in India. He brings a wealth of experience to Ivy League House as the CEO. Formerly the BU Head of Manipal Student Housing, he built and operated 10,000+ beds across South East Asia and was a key driver of the business’s acquisition by Goldman Sachs. His deep expertise in student housing and real estate strategy anchors the company’s growth and innovation.
Michael Fredrick
Vice President - Operations
Michael brings over a decade of hands-on experience in building and operating high-yield rental housing assets. In 2010, he designed, financed, leased, and operated India’s first private purpose-built housing facility for professionals and students, achieving operational rental yields of up to 25%. He now oversees operations across Curated Living’s growing national portfolio.
Revathy Dayanand
Business Development & Sales Lead
Revathy brings over two decades of experience in hospitality operations and sales, with the last 5+ years dedicated to business development in student and industrial housing. At Curated Living Solutions, she leads institutional sales, leveraging her deep industry knowledge and relationship-building expertise to drive growth across strategic partnerships and long-term leasing channels.
Vipul Bhakuni
VP Operations (North & West)
Vipul Bhakuni is an experienced industry professional, with 10 years in Operations with leading hospitality brands, followed by more than 5 years in Student Housing and Coliving. Vipul brings in great expertise in hostel operations and leads the business in North & West (India), managing premium facilities across the two regions in highly competitive markets.
